All orders to UK mainland are Free Delivery for order over £25. Smaller items less than 3kg are sent out via Royal Mail. It is our policy that we will endeavour to dispatch our orders on the same or next working day. If the delivery is for next day delivery there will be an additional charge of £6.98 (orders must be placed before 2:00pm).
Sewing Machines & Overlockers
Standard Delivery – Free to UK Mainland Addresses
Orders placed by 3.00 p.m. Monday to Friday will be despatched that day using a 24 hour service and delivered next working day (some addresses in the Highlands may take a second or third day depending on location).
- Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be delivered next working day
- Orders placed Friday will be delivered Monday (or Tuesday if Bank Holiday)
- Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be delivered Tuesday
- Deliveries can take place up to 5.30 p.m. All items delivered by carrier will need to be signed for. If no one is available to accept delivery, the package will be returned to your local depot. A card will be left with details to arrange redelivery of your order. We can also arrange delivery to a work address, neighbour, etc. if required
Please note: that all machines are dispatched in the original packaging. If your order is a gift and you require plain packaging, please contact us.
Customs & Import Duties
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service of any country.

Simply click the “add to cart” button and your chosen product will be placed in your shopping cart. To add another item, click “previous”. When you have finished shopping, you can then proceed to the “checkout” where you will be asked for your details.

Out of Stock Items
In the rare event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you by telephone and / or email to explain when delivery is expected. It will be despatched as soon as possible.
Shortages & Non Delivery
Any shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
Change or Cancel an Order
If you need to change details of your delivery address, add items or remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team.
Please quote your order number and order date. If your order has already been despatched, we’re sorry that it is not possible to make changes to your order once it has been dispatched. If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
